Includes:
Visual inspection of the boiler and flue
Operational check of basic controls
Pressure checks
Inspection for leaks and corrosion
Flue integrity and combustion checks
Safety device checks
Service report provided
STANDARD PLAN
£100 + VAT
A more thorough service for enhanced efficiency and peace of mind.
Includes everything in the Basic Plan, required if system includes a hot water cylinder plus:
Expansion vessel and pressure relief valve check Gas rate and combustion analysis
Condensate trap clean
Radiator bleed and system pressure top-up (if needed)
Check and test of heating system controls
Flue integrity and combustion checks
Annual service reminder
PREMIUM PLAN
£150 + VAT + PARTS
Complete care with maximum performance and priority support.
Includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus:
Full strip-down and clean of burner and heat exchanger (where applicable)
Full system health check including radiators and pipework
MagnaClean filter check and clean (if installed)
• Carbon monoxide alarm test (if fitted)
10% discount on parts and labour for any repairs.

A Legal requirement for landlords to ensure tenant safety.
Includes:
Inspection of all gas appliances in the property
Flue and ventilation safety checks
Gas meter and pipework inspection
Boiler and gas hob/oven check
Functional safety checks of appliances
Issuing of official CP12 Gas Safety Certificate
Reminder service for annual renewals
